Job Summary:
Assist in surgical procedures by providing skilled sterile and non-sterile technical support within the operating room. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment to facilitate successful surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for daily procedures.
• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical tools and devices.
• Follow institutional policies and safety standards throughout all surgical activities.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to optimize workflow and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Operating Room Technician (ORT) credential.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent OR experience in a surgical setting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
