Job Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized care for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. They monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Continuously monitor vital signs and recognize signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Georgia or compact RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of ICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment usage.
• Show ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Be compliant with all onboarding and regulatory requirements.
