Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced patient care within the ICU, adhering to clinical protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs and interpret diagnostic data to guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately using the Cerner electronic health records system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Possess current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred to have CCRN and NIHSS credentials.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with Cerner electronic health records system.
• Ability to work scheduled hours from 7 am to 7:30 pm.
