Job Summary:
Provides immediate emergency care to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries. Assesses patient conditions, prioritizes care, and implements appropriate interventions in a fast-paced environment. Collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming patients to determine urgency and priority of care
• Assess patient conditions rapidly and accurately to identify critical needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly and in compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in emergency room or acute care settings
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
