Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for operating room duties, providing exceptional perioperative care. The role involves managing patient needs before, during, and after surgical procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prepare them for surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Document clinical interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Assist with sterilization and maintenance of surgical equipment.
• Provide post-operative care and patient education.

Qualifications:

• Relevant RN license and current licensure in the state.
• Proven experience in operating room or perioperative nursing.
• Strong understanding of surgical protocols and sterile techniques.
• Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle on-call and weekend shifts as required.
• CPR and ACLS certification preferred.
