Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced LVN/LPN for inpatient psychiatric care in a behavioral health setting. The role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring mental health conditions, and supporting treatment plans for diverse patient diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor patient mental health status, behaviors, and vital signs regularly.
• Document patient progress and clinical observations accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist during patient assessments, therapy sessions, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and facility policies, including crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient psychiatric experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health record systems, preferably Epic.
• Have current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross; certifications must be current at submission.
• Be available for variable shifts, including day and night options.
• Comply with background checks, drug screening, and travel/mobility requirements.
