Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a busy outpatient setting. The role offers weekday daytime hours with no weekend, holiday, or on-call commitments, ensuring a balanced work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on clinical assessments.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in Epic charting system.
• Educate patients and their families on home programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• Possess 1+ years of outpatient therapy experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• First-time travelers accepted with outpatient experience.
• Ability to work days, Monday through Friday with a 45-minute session ratio.
