Job Summary:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, assisting in recovery and improving mobility through personalized treatment plans. Deliver care in a structured outpatient setting, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and promote recovery.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly using electronic health record systems.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to support ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications required for practice.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active South Carolina PT license.
• Possess at least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic charting systems such as Epic.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Be able to pass background checks and comply with travel requirements.
• Have a current BLS certification.
