Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide care in a Medical Surgical unit during weekend shifts on an alternating basis. The role requires strong clinical expertise and adherence to compliance standards to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, following established protocols and care plans.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatments and discharge planning.
• Ensure full compliance with facility policies, including timely completion of onboarding and orientation modules.
• Manage patient needs during major holidays, working as scheduled per unit policy.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid GA or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Ability to work the 3x12 day shifts from 7:00 to 19:30.
• Maintain full compliance with all onboarding and certification requirements within designated deadlines.
• Provide evidence of travel compliance, including a full year absence from Piedmont facilities for return travelers.
