Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit, ensuring safety and quality outcomes. Deliver direct bedside care and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license with current state credentials.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years recent experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS and NIH certifications are required; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
