Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care on a fast-paced Medical Surgical unit. This role involves managing patient needs from admission to discharge, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care and monitor vital signs in a high-volume Med Surg setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, coordinating with the flow nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment adhering to hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• CPR/BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overnight hours.
