Job Summary:

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients to improve their functional abilities and independence. Deliver treatment plans based on patient assessments, collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions using Cerner and Epic electronic health record systems.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and facility protocols.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely for all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California Occupational Therapist license.
• Require Epic and Cerner electronic health record experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Have a minimum of 8 weeks availability for contract work.
• Ability to start no later than August 24, 2026.
