Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Clinical Dietitian for an 8-week contract focused on Epic conversion. The role involves providing nutritional care within a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth transition and integration of Epic systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical teams to facilitate Epic system conversion and implementation.
• Assess patient nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately using Cerner and Epic platforms.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nutritional guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA Dietitian license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical dietetics experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic and Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Be available to start by 8/24/26 and work day shift, 8 hours daily.
• Hold current AHA BLS certification.
