Job Summary:

Seeking an outpatient Dietitian to provide nutritional care and counseling across various outpatient clinics. The role offers a flexible schedule with 24-40 hours per week, depending on experience, aligning with patient needs in specialized outpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient nutritional status and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide counseling for conditions such as diabetes, IBD, muscular dystrophy, and high-risk infants.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document clinical interventions and progress in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on dietary modifications and nutrition management.
• Maintain certification and adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient nutrition experience.
• Must have experience with pediatric patient populations.
• Strong knowledge of managing diabetes, IBD, and other specialized conditions.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to patient needs.
