Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide critical care services in a busy hospital environment. The role involves managing ventilators and advanced respiratory equipment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced setting.



Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to critically ill patients, including ventilator management and airway treatments.
  
• Monitor patient progress, document interventions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust treatments accordingly.
  
• Operate advanced respiratory technology such as GE R869 ventilators and BiPAP V60 devices.
  
• Adhere to hospital policies, maintain certification standards, and follow safety protocols during all procedures.
  
• Float between units as needed, providing expert support across inpatient critical care services.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT).
  
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of critical care or trauma experience.
  
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications at a minimum.
  
• Exhibit strong proficiency with ventilator management and respiratory equipment.
  
• Showcase excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
