Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a 16-bed ICU unit. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, managing advanced medical equipment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor ventilator and sedation management for critically ill patients.
• Titrate medications accurately based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Perform procedures such as trach placement, bronchoscopy, and cardioversion.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using Meditech system.
• Educate patients and families on medication and treatment plans using AIDET and communication boards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of ICU RN experience.
• Hold BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain current licensure in TN or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Experience operating GE monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense, and Drager vents.
• Familiar with Trauma III level care standards.
