Job Summary:

This role involves providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services as a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering patient and family education, and coordinating referrals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The therapist maintains accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards while delivering quality care across acute and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead patient care activities for individuals of all ages, including evaluation, assessment, and development of personalized treatment plans.
• Apply current evidence-based therapeutic principles and clinical judgment to enhance patient recovery and meet individualized goals.
• Document patient progress, assessments, and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly in accordance with industry standards.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members using effective instructional techniques to promote understanding and engagement.
• Manage billing and coding processes efficiently, ensuring timely submission of accurate claims and supporting financial sustainability.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and external partners to optimize care delivery and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Possess current, unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado.
• Maintain BLS certification, obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and adherence to professional standards.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills tailored to diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
