Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients by monitoring cardiac rhythms and supporting patient recovery. Ensure continuous telemetry surveillance and respond promptly to abnormal findings to maintain patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data to identify arrhythmias and other cardiac issues.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions and care procedures.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms, EKG interpretation, and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
