Job Summary:

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions to ensure patient stability and optimal outcomes within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Respond promptly to arrhythmias or emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac unit nursing.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, rhythms, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Exhibit excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
