Job Summary:

Provide skilled nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to any changes promptly. Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to all clinical protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac data continuously using telemetry equipment.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and identify abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Respond quickly to patient emergencies and notify healthcare team accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
• Possess clinical experience in telemetry or cardiovascular units.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac monitoring and interpretation.
• Exhibit excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain current certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
