Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to provide immediate patient care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be licensed in California and possess strong clinical skills to handle diverse emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct emergency nursing care to critically ill or injured patients.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient data accurately using Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
• Adhere to state licensing requirements, complete required certifications, and follow hospital policies.
• Participate in ongoing training modules and ensure all certifications are current.
• Comply with travel and scheduling policies, including weekend rotations and availability for rapid testing.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license with current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
• Possess at least 2 years of ER nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• Demonstrate proficient charting skills, with Epic experience preferred.
• Exhibit the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, in a high-pressure setting.
• Complete background checks, including work history verification and screening for DUIs or background hits.
• Be available for pre-employment lab work and certification verification within 3-5 days.
