Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized perioperative care to patients, ensuring safety and quality throughout surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare patients and surgical equipment efficiently.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures, adjusting as necessary.
  
• Maintain sterile field standards and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
  
• Document patient care activities and surgical procedures accurately in electronic health records.
  
• Assist with post-operative patient recovery and discharge planning.
  

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
  
• Possess at least 1.5 years of OR nursing experience, with proficiency in Epic charting.
  
• Demonstrate experience in orthopedic, general, neuro, vascular, or urology surgeries.
  
• Preferred certifications include BLS, ACLS, and intraoperative emergency management.
  
• Experience with robotic surgeries (Da Vinci), endovascular techniques, or ophthalmic procedures is a plus.
