Job Summary:
The Surgical Process Tech provides support in the operating room environment, assisting surgical teams with instrumentation and procedural preparation to ensure smooth surgical operations. This role requires clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies according to established protocols.
• Assist surgical team members during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• DocumentProcedure details and maintain accurate inventory of supplies and instruments.
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety standards during all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid permanent Ohio license or compact license for applicable roles.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in a surgical or clinical setting.
• Be certified in BLS (Basic Life Support) with an active credential.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
