Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for day shifts on travel contracts. Candidates must have at least one year of ICU experience and hold an active NM or Compact license prior to start date.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert critical care nursing to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor patient conditions, respond promptly to medical emergencies, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly during shifts.
• Float to related units within scope as needed while maintaining high-quality care.
• Adhere to facility protocols and comply with all travel and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NM or Compact RN license prior to commencement.
• Possess 1+ years of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and patient assessment.
• Capable of working 12-hour day shifts, including weekends.
• Exhibit excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Be willing and able to float within scope to similar units as required.
