Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurses for 12-hour day shifts. Candidates must meet strict experience and licensing requirements and be prepared to work scheduled weekends and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting, adhering to facility protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Floate between like units as needed, within specified geographical ranges.
• Maintain compliance with all travel and licensing regulations, including RTO submission and expiration tracking.
• Follow hospital policies regarding holiday work and on-call expectations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state or a valid compact license.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent, hospital-based experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units; 3+ years preferred.
• Demonstrate Cerner experience preferred.
• Be willing to work 12-hour day shifts, with flexibility for 4x12s or 3x12s schedules.
• Provide vaccination status and meet all Tier2 travel compliance requirements.
• Not be previously employed at the facility within the past year unless properly separated.
