Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide patient care within inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation units. The therapist will evaluate, treat, and support patients to improve mobility and functional abilities, ensuring quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer follow-up treatments, including vestibular and lymphedema therapy.
• Document patient progress accurately using Meditech and NetHealth (ReDoc) systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior therapy experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to unit changes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
