Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain comprehensive documentation according to hospital protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on clinical procedures, medication management, and post-discharge care.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly using Meditechs system.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and call for additional support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of medical-surgical experience.
• Proficiency in basic med-surg nursing procedures and patient assessment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of hospital documentation and electronic health records systems.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
