Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse with charge experience to provide exceptional care in a hospital setting. This role involves managing labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee labor and delivery processes, including patient assessments and care plans.
• Perform fetal monitoring, inductions, and assist with C-sections, circumcisions, and intra-uterine procedures.
• Respond to OB emergencies such as shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage with clinical expertise.
• Provide comprehensive postpartum recovery and newborn transition support.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced nurses to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing, including labor and recovery.
• Proven ability to handle OB emergencies and perform fetal monitoring.
• Demonstrated competence in managing inductions and delivery procedures.
• Strong assessment skills and patient advocacy.
