TactStaff Education is hiring Special Education Teachers for onsite roles in Phoenix, Arizona, for the 2026–2027 school year. Openings are available across K–12 in resource, autism self-contained, and life-skills self-contained classrooms. Settings: Resource, Autism Self-Contained, Life Skills Self-Contained

Grade Levels: K–8 (placements based on experience and preference)

Responsibilities

-Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals

-Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs

-Implement behavior supports and structured classroom routines

-Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families

-Track progress, collect data, and maintain compliant IEP documentation

-Support students’ academic, social-emotional, and functional skill development

Qualifications

-Active Arizona Special Education Teaching License

-Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

-Experience in resource and/or self-contained settings preferred

-Strong classroom management and differentiation skills

-Commitment to inclusive practices and student-centered instruction
