Job Summary:


Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for LTAC units working 3x12 night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Candidates must be adaptable to floating across units and meet specific clinical and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with complex conditions such as ventilator weaning, wound care, spinal cord injuries, trachs, and PEGs.
  
• Administer medications using Omnicell systems, adhering to safety and documentation protocols.
  
• Perform special procedures and monitor patients on ventilators and other critical devices, ensuring timely interventions.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document all patient interactions accurately in EPIC EMR.
  
• Comply with floating policies by safely adapting to different units, performing tasks for which competencies are documented.
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a valid SC RN license with at least one year of recent ICU or LTAC experience.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR and Omnicell medication systems.
  
• Possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
  
• Have a minimum of one year of recent experience working with adult ICU populations.
  
• Be able to work night shifts and adapt to floating assignments across units.
