Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive clinical and administrative support in a primary care setting, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care delivery. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient education while managing front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and verify demographic and medical information
• Take and record patient vital signs accurately
• Prepare patients for examinations and minor procedures
• Administer injections, vaccines, and perform wound care as directed
• Manage electronic medical records and documentation with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members regarding results and follow-up care

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential and BLS certification required
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in clinical settings
• Proficient in electronic EMR systems, with basic computer and phone skills
• Valid high school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of pediatric and adult patient care, vaccines, and orthopedics a plus
