Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a 13-bed medical-surgical unit. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and prioritize care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and response to care.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 12-hour shift environment.
• Maintain current BLS/ACLS certifications as required.
