TACT Staff is seeking a compassionate and skilled School-Based Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a dynamic educational setting. The service delivery model (in-person, hybrid, or remote) will align with the district’s specific requirements.
In this role, you will help students develop the communication skills necessary for academic success and meaningful participation in the classroom.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Interpret assessment data and determine eligibility under IDEA guidelines
- Develop and implement measurable IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services as required by the district’s service model
- Maintain compliant documentation, progress reports, and service logs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
- Ensure services align with district, state, and federal regulations
- Active WA SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) - Optional
- Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA)
