Job Description
Job Summary:
Provides specialized technical support for electrophysiology procedures in a hospital setting. Assists with diagnostic and interventional cardiac electrophysiology tests to ensure accurate results and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate EP lab equipment in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Assist cardiologists during electrophysiology procedures, maintaining sterile conditions.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to adverse reactions promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient data.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of imaging and recording devices.
Qualifications:
- Hold at least 1 year of experience as an EP Tech or in a similar radiology role.
- Possess relevant certification or licensure in radiologic technology.
- Demonstrate proficiency with EP lab equipment and cardiac imaging modalities.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Maintain effective communication skills with medical staff and patients.
