Job Summary:

Traveling Cath Lab Tech will support cardiovascular procedures, operating advanced imaging and intervention equipment. This role requires flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays, ensuring continuous patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including Left Heart Catheterizations, PCI, STEMI, and stroke interventions.
• Support in prep and recovery areas, assisting with procedural setup and patient monitoring.
• Operate specialized equipment such as GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, and Penumbra.
• Maintain accurate documentation using MacLab/Meditech systems and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety during procedures.
• Support on-call rotations, participating in approximately 15-18 days per month.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Cath Lab or EP procedures.
• Valid RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) certification required.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in scrub and monitor roles for LHC/RHC, PCI, STEMI, and peripheral interventions.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot procedural and imaging equipment.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
