Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 12-week travel assignment at a busy acute care and inpatient rehab facility. The role involves providing comprehensive evaluations and treatments to diverse patient populations within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy treatments utilizing standard rehabilitation equipment.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in Meditech.
• Collaborate with rehab techs and unit staff to coordinate care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including uniform and safety protocols.
• flex work schedule to cover both acute and rehab units as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care and rehab settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient evaluations and treatments.
• Ability to work five 8-hour days with weekend coverage every 6 weeks.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
