Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide medical-surgical care on a 12-hour night shift. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, and coordination of care in a telemetry-enabled unit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Document patient information accurately in Epic electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Float to units of similar acuity to meet staffing needs.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols consistently.

Qualifications:

• Requires at least 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Must have current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Proficient in Epic charting and familiar with telemetry monitoring.
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts effectively.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Travel experience preferred.
