Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical unit specializing in Telemetry. The candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, supporting a diverse patient population ranging from young adults to geriatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care and monitor vital signs on a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards and clinical protocols.
• Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:6 during assigned shifts.
• Support patient needs across a broad range of care requirements, including telemetry monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Registered Nurse license and at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting system.
• Possess NIHSS and BLS certifications.
• Have prior experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting.
• Willing to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Travel experience preferred.
