Job Summary:

Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing rehabilitation services to patients in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring optimal recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Support occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities to promote independence and functional improvement.
• Adhere to facility dress code and policies, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Maintain productivity levels of 92% in accordance with facility standards.
• Follow CRG Policies & Procedures to ensure consistent and effective patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or credential.
• Proven experience working in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and documentation procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in a clinical environment.
