Job Summary:

Provides mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other clinical sites. Ensures the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and transmit images for radiologist interpretation.
• Transport and set up portable X-ray equipment at facility locations to perform exams ordered by physicians.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images adhering to quality standards.
• Conduct EKGs (if required) and transmit results to a cardiologist for interpretation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and healthcare teams to coordinate services.
• Maintain clean, functional vehicle and imaging equipment, ensuring readiness for daily operations.

Qualifications:

• possess and maintain valid ARRT certification and state licensure as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in digital (DR) and computed (CR) radiography procedures.
• Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing for local and state compliance.
• Be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with accommodations as needed.
• Fulfill physical demands required for portable imaging and equipment handling.
• Comply with vaccination requirements or submit exemption documentation.
