Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join the emergency medicine team at Salina Regional Health Center. This on-site role involves direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department supporting trauma and urgent care services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication management, dosing, and patient education.
• Develop and implement ED-specific medication protocols to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Participate actively in emergency responses such as code blue, trauma, and stroke events.
• Educate pharmacy students and residents through preceptorship and clinical mentorship.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize urgent and emergent patient care.
• Contribute to hospital committees focused on patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program.
• Possess or be eligible for Kansas Pharmacist licensure.
• Prefer clinical or hospital pharmacy experience, especially in emergency settings.
• Residency training and emergency department experience are highly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
