Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide outpatient therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve communication and swallowing disorders, supporting long-term rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ speech, language, and swallowing functions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance communication skills and swallowing safety.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess strong assessment and treatment skills in a skilled nursing environment.
• Demonstrate excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Have previous experience in a SNF or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
