Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy support under the supervision of a licensed therapist to assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving the skills needed for daily living and working. Ensure adherence to treatment plans and safety standards to promote patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Observe and document patient responses and progress.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with therapists and healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility policies.
• Follow all safety and clinical protocols to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) credential or license.
• Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and adapt as needed.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient handling procedures.
