Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting. Collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring safety and compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions through thorough data collection and clinical evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and team members.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, document findings, and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks among nursing team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Recent minimum of two years of acute care or emergency room experience.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Possess EPIC electronic medical record system experience.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work night shifts, including holidays and weekends.
