Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients within a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring adherence to established standards of practice. Leads and supervises nursing staff, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status by collecting relevant clinical data and analyzing findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care delivery, delegating tasks appropriately and supervising nursing staff.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed to ensure safety and healing.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide a safe, humane, and healing environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state.
• Possess at least two years of recent experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in telemetry.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Have valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health records, particularly Epic.
• Be able to work day shifts, with flexibility for 36 or 48-hour schedules.
