Job Summary:
Provides emergency nursing care to patients in a small emergency department, ensuring timely and effective treatment. Supports clinical operations and collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records, with strong EPIC system experience.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current licensure in Hawaii or the ability to transfer licenses.
• Demonstrated experience with EPIC electronic health records.
• Strong clinical skills in emergency nursing.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Compassionate approach to patient care and teamwork.
