Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care in a small critical access hospital, covering ER, acute, and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care across all areas of the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, perform procedures, and deliver patient care in emergency, acute, and LTC environments.
• Provide backup support in acute and LTC areas when assigned to the ER and no patients are present.
• Pass medications, track patient progress, and document care activities accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Adapt workflows based on patient load and staffing needs while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Hawaii RN license required at the start of the assignment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, critical access hospital environment.
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration, patient assessment, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to pass medications and perform procedures for acute and LTC patients.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to variable hours, with every third weekend off.
