Job Summary:
The NICU Registered Nurse provides specialized care to critically ill neonatal patients, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role requires a compassionate and experienced professional to deliver high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients' conditions, implementing individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and physician orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless patient management.
• Educate families on neonatal care and discharge instructions, providing emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Follow infection control standards and safety procedures rigorously.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in neonatal intensive care.
• Hold current AHA BLS certification.
• Possess NRP certification.
• Be able to work varied shifts, including nights, with flexibility for major and minor holidays.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing.
