Job Summary:

Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns, ensuring comprehensive patient assessment and high-quality clinical support. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess neonatal patients to identify immediate and ongoing medical needs.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Monitor vital signs and clinical conditions, documenting findings accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate families regarding neonatal care and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in neonatal intensive care.
• Hold an active AHA BLS certification; NRP certification required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively during variable schedules, including major and minor holidays.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the healthcare setting without restrictions.
