Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract to provide high-quality rehabilitative care. This role involves working with diverse patient populations to improve mobility and functional outcomes through evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and manage pain.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Document clinical assessments, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
